Returns policy
I want every customer at West Cork Bears to feel delighted with their bear. Please take a moment to read each bear’s full description carefully before requesting a refund or exchange.
Because each listing includes the key details about the bear, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges where that information was available before purchase but not read.
If there is any problem with your order, please get in touch and I will always do my best to help.
I offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy on bears purchased from the shop.
Items that cannot usually be returned or exchanged
· Custom made-to-order bears
· Personalised bears
These bears can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact me straight away at westcorkbears@gmail.com if anything is wrong. I will do everything I can to make it right.
If you are returning a bear, please send it back in its original packaging and include your order reference. Return postage costs are your responsibility, and the item remains your responsibility until it arrives safely back at West Cork Bears, so I recommend using a tracked service where possible. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you would prefer an exchange, please place a new order separately.
