Shipping policy

Thank you so much for supporting my handmade business. Each crocheted bear is lovingly made by hand, and I take great care with every order to make sure your bear is beautifully finished and ready for its new home.

Order Processing Times

As each bear is handmade to order, most bears are ready to post within 4 to 7 days. For wedding bears and graduation bears, please allow 6 to 8 weeks, as these special pieces take extra time and care to create. Processing times are estimates and may vary slightly especially during busy periods.

Collection, Shipping and Postage

You can choose to collect your order or have it posted within the Republic of Ireland.

·       Collection: Orders can be collected from a designated collection point in      Skibbereen. I will contact you with the collection details when your order is ready.

·       Shipping: Orders are sent by An Post Tracking within the Republic of Ireland only.

·       Postage fees: Postage usually starts at €10 and may vary depending on the size of your order.

·       Dispatch confirmation: Once your bear has been carefully packaged and posted, I will send you an SMS or email to confirm the postage cost and provide your tracking number.

·       Delivery times: Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and your location.

Delays, Damages, and Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any delivery issues, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will do my best to help. Every bear is made and packaged with great care, but if something goes wrong in transit, I will review the situation fairly and work with you toward a solution.
